Socials By Her was founded in 2019 by Georgia Allison, a creative at heart, graphic designer by trade, and storyteller by instinct. What began as a passion for designing standout content quickly grew into a full-service agency, now managing clients state-wide across Australia. Today, Socials By Her is co-run with two sisters, Chelsea and Francesca. Together, the trio lead with a shared vision: to set a new standard in the digital marketing industry.

As a team we pride ourselves on not being a cookie-cutter agency. We specialise in creating content that is visually captivating, deeply intentional, and tailored with care to each brand’s unique identity. From brand voice to visual direction, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to ensure your business stands out for all the right reasons. We bring a deeply personalised touch to every project- whether you're a global brand or a local business, we become an extension of your team.

After five years in the game, we’ve mastered the art and science behind social media- from evolving algorithms to creative trends and strategic growth funnels. We primarily focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok whilst offering a range of services including content creation, account management, engagement strategy, follower funnels, and analytics-driven insights.

But more than anything, we genuinely care. We want to see your business thrive. That’s why we offer one-on-one Zoom calls, in-person content shoots, and regular reporting so you always feel supported, seen, and in the loop. At Socials By Her, you're not just another client. Georgia Allison is the founder and creative force behind Socials By Her. With a background in graphic design and a sharp eye for storytelling, she brings over five years of experience crafting content that not only looks beautiful but drives real engagement. Georgia leads the creative direction for all client accounts, overseeing everything from brand strategy and visual identity to content production and platform growth.

Known for her intuition, innovation, and ability to turn ideas into standout social moments, she is deeply passionate about helping businesses shine online in a way that feels authentic, modern, and unforgettable.

MEET CHELSEA

Sister to Georgia and with a background in Facebook marketing, corporate advertising and creative fitness/lifestyle content, Chelsea brings a wealth of creative experience to Socials By Her. She’s the magic behind our Gold Coast weddings and businesses, ensuring every project shines with care, love, and total creative professionalism.

A client favorite (and for good reason!), Chelsea’s warm, smiley energy makes her a joy to work with. Her incredible attention to detail means nothing is missed, capturing moments and creating content that feels as special as your big day or brand. Whether she’s behind the camera at a wedding or curating the perfect social strategy, Chelsea treats every project like it’s her own.

MEET FRANCESCA

Francesca is a creative talent with a sharp eye for design, an intuitive grasp of aesthetic, and a genuine passion for bringing brands to life. Based in Melbourne, she leads content days and social posting for our VIC clients-ensuring each business is not only seen, but remembered.

Her strength lies in transforming visual concepts into compelling, scroll-stopping content while implementing strategic scheduling that best serves each client’s unique goals. Equal parts creative and organised, Francesca has a way of elevating every project she touches.

As the third sister in the Socials By Her trio, Francesca brings a grounded, positive energy to the team. Her warm nature and thoughtful presence make her a joy to work with-whether she’s behind the camera, mapping out a brand strategy, or making sure every detail shines.

Meet our incredible on-the-ground content team, Issy and Mitch, who take care of our Hobart-based clients. Both professionals in their own right, they spend dedicated days with each client capturing scroll-worthy, real-time content that fuels our social strategy.

Whether it’s behind-the-scenes moments, candid client interactions, or aesthetic brand visuals, they know exactly what to grab to make our feeds pop. Their presence allows us to consistently deliver high-impact, on-brand content- without our clients having to lift a finger.
